My path started on a factory floor in Wesel, Germany, as an apprentice lathe operator and from there it’s taken me through project engineering, product lifecycle management, and R&D leadership roles across Berlin, Grenoble, Hyderabad, Shanghai, and now Querétaro. Along the way I’ve built a new R&D hub from the ground up, closed portfolio gaps through international collaboration, and led teams of up to 30 people through the discipline of Lean development.
